Not even a lukewarm draft gets a free pass. Series 6000 JUMBO is a classic, self-closing latch that keeps hinged cold-room doors firmly where they belong. It is flexible in its configuration, not in the hand: the sturdy latch works on left- or right-hand doors and is available with profile or standard cylinders. Versions prepared for either cylinder type are available as well. On the inside, the handle is protective by design: it forms a guard for the emergency release button. That detail came from everyday cold-room traffic, where a passing cart could otherwise bump the button and release the door by accident. When someone actually needs to get out, the button remains accessible. The cold stays in. People can still get out. That is exactly the arrangement you want.
