Details

Push the button and Presto: the door is open. Close it again, and the spring-loaded catch latches automatically. The pendulum strike finds the correct latching position on its own, helping compensate for alignment changes between the door and cabinet. That becomes especially useful when temperature swings put the materials on the move, as they can in heated equipment. Simple operation up front, useful tolerance behind the scenes.
